Mina has a unique experience of working with intelligence analysis and collection, the embryo to founding Intil together with Johan Wiktorin. For over ten years Mina, a certified Risk Manager and Master’s in political science, worked on various security policy and counter terrorist requirements in the Armed Forces. A strong client focus, innovation and accessible delivers have been central for Mina, whether the setting has been public or private sector. Mina is driven by making complex methods based on gathering from thousands of data points and sources made simple. The goal is for the customer to be able to use new knowledge in time, without information overload.

Johan Wiktorin
Co-founder
Johan has worked with intelligence and security extensively in the Armed Forces as well as in the private sector before founding Intil together with Mina Nadjafi. As a highly trained officer and Master of Competitive Intelligence, Johan is focused on refine information into insights for the clients. He is regularly commenting in international and national media on intelligence and security matters. Johan is a fellow of the Royal Academy of War Sciences since 2007 and is an appreciated discussion partner regarding geopolitical and informational security issues in Boards and Management.
